除梗し、2度手で選別。
ソフトに破砕し、25日間醸しをします。
バリックで24ヶ月熟成後、6～12ヶ月瓶熟させます。
しっかりとした樽の風味と充分なタンニンがありますが、甘さも感じられます。
今から充分楽しめ、キープも出来るワインです。
モンテプルチャーノのエッセンスがより強く感じられます。
