ソロ音源のみならず彼が在籍していた当時のピンク・フロイドの楽曲もフィーチャーされるなど、その短いながらも濃密なキャリアを俯瞰することができる作品。
盟友デヴィッド・ギルモアがエグゼクティヴ・プロデューサーとして辣腕を振るい、自身が主有するアストリア・スタジオで全曲、最新のデジタル・リマスタリングが施されている(2010 年リマスター)。
なかでもピンク・フロイドの「Matilda Mother」やギルモアが新たにベース・パートを追加した「Here I Go」「Octopus」「She Took a Long Cold Look」「Dominoes」はリミックス・ヴァージョンとなっており、楽曲に新たな息吹を吹き込んだ。
艶やかに輝くサイケデリックな色彩感覚と浮遊感溢れるサウンドが同居する唯一無二の世界観は、彼にしか生み出せない摩訶不思議な魅力を放っている。
ソロ作はもちろんピンク・フロイドの一連のデザインを手がけるなど深いつながりのある元ヒプノシスのストーム・トーガソンがアートワークを担当。

今回のLP盤用にアビーロードにてSean Mageeが新たににカッティングを行い、ドイツのOptimal MediaがLPを製造。
