I don't want you to count calories. I don't want you to go to meetings. I don't want you to run long, boring hours. I don't want to control every bite of what you eat. I don't want you to write a food blog or journal. I don't want you to waste money on diet pills. If you like protein bars or shakes and they're convenient to eat on the run, that's fine, but they're not required.
